1. Service Overview
CarSage ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Sage Sentinel Tech, provides online vehicle history audits, MOT defect analysis, and AI-driven forecourt synthesis using publicly available DVSA records and AI processing models.
2. Mechanical & AI Guidance Disclaimer
CarSage reports do not replace a physical mechanical inspection. AI-generated insights, risk scores, and negotiation guidance are probabilistic estimates created for informational assistance only. CarSage accepts no liability for unrecorded physical defects, roadworthiness, or financial losses incurred from vehicle purchase decisions.
3. Immediate Supply & Cancellation
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers typically have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases.
Before redirecting to checkout, we ask you to make a separate, affirmative acknowledgement. Payment alone is not that acknowledgement:
I request CarSage to begin supplying my digital report or credit service immediately. I understand that once the applicable digital content is supplied or the service is fully performed, my 14-day cancellation right may be lost.
4. Credit Bundles & Expiry
Purchased report credits are valid for 24 months from purchase. Unused purchased credits expire at the end of that period. Full Audit access remains unlocked for your account. The 24-month period from redemption applies to rerunning the audit without another credit.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
